Bio

MY STORY

Having been born in the UK to a British Father and a Mexican Mother I naturally hold a British/Mexican dual nationality. I was raised and educated in England until the age of 19 throughout which time I was taught both Spanish and English and practiced both languages at home and at school. At the age of 19 I decided to do some soul searching, go back to my Mother's roots and study abroad in Mexico. I completed a four year degree in Translation at Universidad Intercontinental, Mexico City, and worked as both a freelance and an in-house translator for an extra three years before returning to the UK. I believe my acquired skill set in languages and my cultural experience after having lived in a Spanish speaking country for seven years have given me the ability and passion to share my knowledge of the Spanish language to people of all ages and all levels.
